Kathy is the owner of Renew Consulting, Inc. and a state-certified Behavior Consultant.  She has been a Residential Director and a DD Case Manager.  She has a degree in Family and Community Services from the University of Oregon.

Wendy Walder, Assistant Director

Wendy assists in making business decisions, overseeing employees, and managing Renew Consulting’s various programs.  She has a degree in Education from Northern Arizona University.

Brandon Boots, Financial Manager

Jennifer Whittecar, Statewide Assistant Manager

Jennifer assists the Statewide Manager in oversight of all Renew Consulting’s developmental disability service programs, including 24-hour care, Vocational training/Alternatives to Employment, Supported Living, and Family Services. 

Melissa Pilmer, Training Manager

Melissa coordinates the training needs for all existing and potential employees.  Facilitates training classes throughout Oregon and is the head trainer.
