The application process |

After we receive your online application, we will call you to either schedule an interview or let you know that you are not a good match for our program. If your interview goes well, you will also need to pass a drug screening and reference check before beginning training. |
|
The pre-screening process |
|
The training takes one full week (see the schedule here) and includes lots of useful certifications that can be used anywhere, like First Aid and CPR. If necessary, you can split the training between two different weeks to work around your schedule. Then, if you complete the training AND stay in one of our job placements for at least 90 days, we’ll pay you a cash bonus. Why? We have a lot of jobs to fill and want to reward high-quality, long-term workers. |

Employers call us several times a week with new open positions; we also have some in-house positions. Our goal is to get you into a permanent job as quickly as possible; this is easiest if you have a flexible schedule. Some students are hired before they even complete training; others take a few weeks or months to find a perfect match. |
